The School of Health Sciences, College of Medical, Pharmaceutical and Health Sciences offers five majors: Nursing, Radiological Technology, Laboratory Sciences, Physical Therapy, and Occupational Therapy. Each department trains students to be nurses, public health nurses, radiological technologists, clinical laboratory technologists, physical therapists and occupational therapists.

The Division of Health Sciences, Graduate School of Medical Science is an integrated course of Master’s level section and Doctoral level section, each of which is comprised of graduate courses of Nursing Science, Medical Science and Technology, and Rehabilitation Science. The division focuses on creation of scientific knowledge and formation of an academic center that can lead health sciences in the 21st century. The division promotes both basic research and applied research in the field of health sciences, and further facilitates comprehensive and multi-disciplinary research in this field. Through these efforts, we hope to produce high-level professionals and independent researchers who can make social contributions for human health.
